City elections are held every even-numbered year on the Tuesday following the first Monday of April.

The regular City election was held Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at the Burlington Community & Education Center, 340 S. 14th Street, Burlington, CO. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Municipal electors are those who:
- Are 18 years of age
- A citizen of the United States
- Reside in this municipality
- Have lived in the State of Colorado for 22 days immediately preceding the election day
- Registered to vote
