City Administrator: The City Administrator is the go to guy for the City. He is in charge of all the affairs of the City and performs duties assigned to him by the Mayor. City Clerk: The City Clerk is the clerk for the council and is the keeper of the minutes from meetings and proceedings. She certifies the ordinances and resolutions and can administer the oath of office. She is in charge of the operations of the City Bus as well as municipal court. City Treasurer: The City Treasurer is in charge of the budget. She is in charge of the financial department which includes Utility Billing and Accounts Payable. Utility Clerk: New in town and need to set up utilities? Come to City Hall and talk with our Utility Clerk.
